Kashmir has been rightly called an angler's paradise, with a network of rivers and streams, as well as high altitude lakes abounding in both brown and rainbow trout.
Kashmir's fabled natural beauty needs no introduction. The rivers Sindh and Lidder offer some of the finest mountain river trout fishing anywhere in the world today. As their waters are swollen during the summer by melting glaciers, they provide the right environment for trout. At this time the trout offer very demanding sport, compelling the anglers to fish deeply on the edge of the rock-strewn torrent. A day spent beside the river, meandering through the rugged bolder-strewn landscape, will remain in your memory forever.

• Day 01 - Arrive Delhi
  On arrival you will be met by our representative and transferred to the hotel, where we will be holding the rooms on ready occupancy basis. Stay overnight at the hotel.
   

• Day 02 - Delhi – Srinagar
  Transfer to the airport to catch the one-hour flight over the Himalayas to the capital of Kashmir, Srinagar (5200 fts) often referred as the "Venice of the East". We paddle across the Dal Lake to our houseboat constructed of Cedar wood. A soft subtle fragrance, with elaborately carved walls and ceilings, a large veranda, sitting room, dining room, all the luxuries at your disposal. Dinner and overnight stay in the houseboat.
   

• Day 02 – Srinagar
  Morning, enjoy a Shikara ride to the backwaters of the lake. Paddling through Lotus and Lily beds, vegetable gardens, floating gardens, if you wish you can fish in the lake. Back to the houseboat for lunch. After lunch, sightseeing in the Mughal gardens of Nishat and Shalimar, built in the 16th century by the Mughals. Stay overnight in the houseboat.
   

• Day 03 - Srinagar - Sonamarg (84 kms/03 hrs)
  After breakfast, drive to Sonamarg, a very beautiful and scenic drive through villages and along the river Sindh. Arrive at Sonamarg (7200 ft) often referred to as the "Meadow of Gold," covered in wild flowers through the summer and with lovely views of the Himalayas. Here we camp for the next 3 nights on the river Sindh. Our camp is very comfortable with beds, chairs, carpets etc. Afternoon free or fish in the River Sindh. Dinner and overnight stay in the camp.
   

• Day 04 – Sonamarg
  Full day for fishing with expert Gillies, or Shikaries, these men know the waters intimately - in many cases their fathers and grandfathers before them have accompanied visiting anglers on fishing trips. Stay overnight in the camp.
   

• Day 05 – Sonamarg
  Full day for fishing, Evening walk or rest at the camp.
   

• Day 06 - Sonamarg – Srinagar
  Morning free. Afternoon drive back to the houseboat for an overnight stay.
   

• Day 07 – Srinagar
  Full day rest. Evening Shikara ride to the backwaters. Stay overnight in the houseboat.
   

• Day 08 – Srinagar
  Full day excursion to Gulmarg, the meadow of flowers, here you can ride a horse or play golf on the highest nine-hole golf course in the world. Afternoon, drive back to the houseboat. Stay overnight in the houseboat.
   

• Day 09 – Srinagar
  Morning sightseeing of Shankracharya Temple and Kashmir museum. Afternoon visit to the most interesting place - Jesus Christ Tomb & Jamia Masjid. Stay overnight in the houseboat.
   

• Day 10 - Srinagar - Delhi – Agra
  After breakfast transfer to the Airport for flight to Delhi, on arrival pick up from the Airport and drive to Agra. On arrival, check into the hotel. Stay overnight at the hotel.
   

• Day 11 – Agra
  Morning take a city tour covering the beautiful Taj Mahal, Red Fort. In the afternoon, take an excursion to old deserted town of Mughal dynasty. Stay overnight at the hotel.
   

• Day 12 - Agra – Delhi
  In the morning drive back to Delhi, enroute visiting the tomb of Akbar at Sikandra. On arrival check into the hotel. In the afternoon enjoy a city tour of Delhi. Stay overnight at the hotel.
   

• Day 13 - Departure – Delhi
  Transfer to the Airport to catch your International flight.
