White Water Rafting:

Indus offers different river rafting options starting down the Hemis to Alchi from small floating waves to grade four rafting with spectacular view of Indus valley.

Hemis to Choglamsar River - runs passing through wide open Indus valley with great view of Stok range on right side and Ladakh range on the left with stress free 1st and 2nd grade rapid for beginners. It offers you great views of riverside villages with mystic monasteries above the village.

Phey to Nimoo - Three hours river rafting starts from Phey passing through narrow gorge with frequent thrilling rapid. It finishes at the confluence of Indus and Zanskar River, which can be extended up to Alchi with rapid three and four. Rafting charges are Rs. 800 per person that includes rafting, transportation and Lunch.

Zanskar River - The five days rafting trip on Zanskar River takes you down the extremely desolate and remote Zanskar gorge while negotiating wild waves and experiencing the ultimate adventure of the lifetime. Special packages are available between mid June to mid September.
